Purpose of the processing of your personal data:
At STACKSCALE we process the personal data you provide in order to manage your curricular information for your participation in the selection processes that are currently open.
The provided personal data will be stored during a maximum period of 2 years from the last confirmation of interest. After that period, we will proceed to its erasure. If you continue to be interested in participating in our selection processes, you will need to send your updated data.
Legitimation for the processing of your data:
The legal foundation for the processing of your data is the express consent derived from your own initiative to send your CV.
Furthermore, you will have the right to revoke your consent at any moment, communicating it to the Data Controller through the data mentioned above.
Data can only be used for the purposes explained in the previous section, in accordance with the principles of transparency and purpose limitation.
Data transfer or communication and international data transfer:
Recruitment will be made directly at the entity or through some of the companies within Grupo Aire, the group of companies STACKSCALE is part of. The corresponding personal data processing assignment agreements are signed with each of them.
Moreover, there are other Data Processors on behalf of STACKSCALE whose legitimacy of the processing is the execution of the assignment contract, including among their purposes the selection of personnel.
The interested party is informed that his data will be communicated to the companies within Stackscale Group and Grupo Aire. This data communication is indispensable for managing the candidate and its later recruitment, if applicable. There are no international data transfers outside the European context.
Rights:
You have the right to get confirmation of whether at STACKSCALE we are processing personal data that concern you and, in such a case, right to access your personal data, the processing purposes and the categories of personal data concerned.
Furthermore, you have the right to request a rectification of inaccurate data or, if applicable, request its elimination when such data is no longer necessary for the purposes they were gathered; the consent upon which the processing is based has been withdrawn or the processing is rejected; the personal data has been processed unlawfully; or it must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation established under European Economic Area law.
For requesting the limitation of the processing of your data when impugning the accuracy of the personal data during a period allowing the controller to verify its accuracy; the processing is illicit and the interested party rejects the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the limitation of its use; the controller does not longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the interested party needs it for formulating, exercising or defending complaints; or the interested party has rejected the processing, while it is verified whether the legal reasons of the controller prevail over those of the interested party. In such cases, we will only store the data for the exercise or defense of complaints.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation, you will be able to reject the processing of your data. STACKSCALE will stop processing such data, except for imperative legal reasons, or for the exercise or defense of possible complaints.
You will have the right to receive the personal data that concern you and that you have provided, in an structured format, and to transfer it to another data controller without the controller to which it has been provided preventing it, when the processing is based on consent; or the processing is made through automated means.
When exercising the rights of access, rectification, erasure and disagreement, limitation of the processing, data portability and not being subjected to automated individualized decisions, you must communicate it via email to dpo@stackscale.com.
