Last November 21, we attended the tech breakfast event organized by ServoTIC and Transparent CDN at IMPACT HUB de Alameda in Madrid. This “technological breakfast” was focused on stability, speed and security. Stackscale participated as Private Cloud and Infrastructure provider.

Our Cofounder and VP Sales, David Carrero, talked about the benefits of using Private Cloud solutions, both from the point of view of performance and security, and competitiveness and scalability.

Technology trends, security and other interesting projects

The event kicked off with an introduction of ServoTIC’s CEO, Fermín Manzanedo. He shared his vision of the economic situation in Spain compared to other countries, and talked about the trends that are to come, such as more sustainability technology solutions.

More than five speakers shared interesting projects and solutions with all the attendees. Transparent CDN’s CTO, Diego Suarez, talked about the positive impact of CDNs on content delivery. The importance of security related awareness was addressed by Javier Espejo, Raipson Security’s CEO; who also took the time to make a real-time phishing demo with us.

Other speakers, such as Óscar Pérez from SunMedia and Laura Fernández and Benjamin Boireau from IP-Label, also shared their projects and solutions with us.

To summarize, we had the time to do some networking, as well as we learned some interesting facts and trends during the talks. This definitely was a good opportunity to discover new projects and solutions, while sharing experiences and impressions. We hope to see you in upcoming events we will attend!
