Stackscale participates in the CTO Summit 2020

Stackscale sponsors the CTO Summit 2020 edition

Stackscale is one of the sponsors of the CTO Summit 2020; an edition that will be online in order to adapt to the current situation. This online tech event will take place from November 17th to November 21st on the online events platform Brella.

During those five days, more than fifteen national and international speakers will share their insights and experiences. Diverse technological topics will be addressed during the talks, interviews, workshops and roundtable discussions scheduled for this second edition.

Tech talks, workshops and roundtable discussions

Tech Management, DevOps, cyber security, Artificial Intelligence and digital product design will be some of the topics addressed during this CTO Summit edition. Talks will be recorded so that assistants can have access to the content on demand as well.

CTO Summit 2020 Speakers

National and international technological leaders will share their knowledge and experiences. Among the speakers, there will be Elisa Martín Garijo (Health Analytics Manager at IIC), Sandro Mancuso (Software Craftsman and cofounder at Codurance), Carmen Torrano (Senior Researcher at Eleven Paths), Mikel Díez (Head of Innovation at IBM Spain, Portugal, Greece and Israel), Alex Puig (CTO at Caelum Labs) and Luis Peralta (Engineering Manager at Google), among others.

CTO Summit 2020 Workshops

There are two workshops scheduled for the event: “Architecture for CTOs” with Carlos Buenosvinos (November 17th) and “Operationalizing responsible AI” with Liana Napalkova (November 18th). During these practical sessions, these tech experts will address the latest tech trends. Besides, assistants will be able to interact and network with other IT professionals.

CTO Summit 2020 Roundtables

There will also be two roundtable discussions, scheduled for November 20th:

  • A roundtable about DevOps with: Alicia Alcalde (SRE Lead at Smart Protection), David Lluna (SRE Manager at Flywire), Pedro Díaz (SRE Lead at Mercadona Tech) and Javier Rodríguez (CTO at GeeksHubs & GeeksHubsAcademy).
  • A roundtable about women in tech with: Natalia Venditto (Principal Lead Developer at Netcentric), Ana Cidre (Senior Developer Advocate Engineer at Auth0), Mercedes Egido (Product developer, GDG Valencia and Women Techmakers Valencia organiser) and Laura Orán (Mobile Software Engineer at XING).

In addition to all that, there will be plenty of time for discovering the sponsors’ virtual stands, networking and one to one meetings.
